Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each week, you will be instructed to watch a video lesson, read the supporting handout(s) and rehearse the exercise(s) without distractions at home prior to attending class. We'll review the lesson in class, proof the behaviors learned, trouble-shoot any struggles, and assist you with your dog. This "hybrid" teaching model sets up the learners (humans and dogs) for success.

  • If you have an aggressive dog, please ask us about our Customized Coaching Programs.

*We offer 1-to-1 private at-home training sessions which are custom designed for your specific individual needs. Our Customized Coaching Programs are a perfect addition to any group class and great for dogs that are not appropriate candidates for a group training class.

All dogs must be free of internal and external parasites (proof of negative fecal test). Please contact us immediately if your dog tests positive for parasites. We have special provisions and exceptions for some cases.
